How Xeilos opened English- and Spanish-speaking markets
Xeilos Formation, a trading education company, opened English- and Spanish-speaking markets by localizing several of its courses with VoiceStudio. The teaching tone and industry vocabulary are preserved in every language.
The same course product now sells in three language markets instead of one.

The client
Xeilos Formation builds structured trading courses, sold online to learners who invest real money in their own progression.
The content relies on precise technical vocabulary: order types, risk management, chart reading. An approximate translation would make the courses unusable.
Xeilos FormationTrading educationThe challenge
International demand existed, but producing English and Spanish versions in-house would have required bilingual instructors, a studio, and months of production.
Self-serve tools left Xeilos carrying quality control in target languages the team did not fully master.
The VoiceStudio workflow
VoiceStudio built a dedicated trading glossary, validated by Xeilos, then ran the full pipeline on each course: transcription, translation, dubbing, quality control, and publish-ready delivery.
- 01Intake & scoping
Goals, target languages, volumes, output formats, and timeline agreed before work starts.
- 02Transcription
Timecoded transcription of the source content, reviewed and ready for translation.
- 03Client validation
The client approves the transcript and the brand glossary before translation begins.
Client validation - 04Translation
Contextual translation using the client's brand vocabulary, proper nouns, and tone of voice.
- 05Client validation
The client reviews and signs off on translations before audio production.
Client validation - 06Dubbing & subtitles
Cloned or selected voices, dubbing, optional lip-sync, and SRT/VTT subtitles.
- 07Quality control
Human review of timing, pronunciation, and the final render.
- 08Delivery
Publish-ready final files: videos, audio tracks, subtitles, and transcripts.
The results
Several complete courses are now sold in English and Spanish, keeping the tone and vocabulary that carry the brand's credibility.
The glossary and workflow stay in place to localize each new course as it ships.
